- Take ownership of maintenance checks and help coordinate the work of your team
- Assume technical and, where appropriate, team leadership responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Take part in challenging Aircraft on Ground (AOG) missions across Europe and beyond
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- A valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (B1 and/or B2)
- Experience in business or commercial aviation maintenance is desirable
- Type ratings are beneficial but not essential
- A responsible, hands-on team player with strong communication skills
- The willingness to take responsibility and grow into a leadership role
- Flexibility for occasional AOG deployments
- A good command of English (German is an advantage)
What We Offer
- A small, highly skilled, and supportive team where every individual makes a difference
- Excellent career development opportunities
- Company-sponsored type rating training
- Exposure to a diverse and technically challenging fleet
- The opportunity to maintain one of Europe’s most dynamic business jet fleets as the maintenance partner of Luminair
- Varied work combining scheduled maintenance with international AOG operations
- A professional environment with short decision-making paths and genuine opportunities to take on responsibility
If you are passionate about business aviation, enjoy technical challenges, and want to grow your career with a company that invests in its people, we would love to hear from you.
Join Aero Avionik Saarbrücken and become part of a team that keeps Europe’s business aviation moving.
